These terms govern your use of Persian Telebox at https://persiantelebox.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

Persian Telebox is an information and index service for Persian-language film, television, and audio programming, intended primarily for Persian-speaking audiences living outside Iran. The Site publishes descriptive information about programmes — titles, synopses, credits, artwork, release data, ratings, and user comments — and may provide access to material made available by third-party sources.

Persian Telebox does not produce or claim ownership of the programmes described. See our DMCA / Copyright Policy for how to raise a copyright concern.

2. Eligibility and personal use

The Site is for your personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 13 years old to submit a comment or rating. Some material may be unsuitable for younger viewers; supervision is the responsibility of a parent or guardian.

3. Comments and ratings

You do not need an account to comment or rate. You are responsible for everything you submit.

You agree not to submit material that: - infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights; - is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or hateful; - targets a person or group on the basis of ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexuality, or disability; - contains another person's private information; - is spam, advertising, or an attempt to distribute malware; - impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with anyone.

Comments are reviewed before publication. We may edit, refuse, remove, or reinstate any comment at our discretion, and we are under no obligation to publish anything you submit. By submitting a comment you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and reproduce it on the Site.

Ratings are aggregated. We may discard ratings that appear to be automated or manipulated.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: - scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest the Site except as permitted by our `robots.txt`; - attempt to obtain, redistribute, hotlink, or resell playback links, stream URLs, or media files; - circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, or access-control measure; - use automated systems to place load on the Site beyond ordinary human use; - reproduce substantial portions of the Site's database or artwork for a competing service; - use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any law that applies to you.

Access to playback resources is granted to you personally and is not transferable.

5. Availability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, that any particular title will remain accessible, or that information on the Site is complete or accurate. Programme metadata is compiled from multiple sources and may contain errors; tell us at [email protected] and we will correct what we can.

6. Third-party sources and links

The Site references and may link to material and services operated by third parties. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or policies. Your dealings with a third-party service are between you and that service.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, original editorial text, and the arrangement of its database are owned by Persian Telebox Inc. and protected by applicable law. Programme titles, artwork, trademarks, and the programmes themselves remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification and descriptive purposes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Persian Telebox Inc., its operators, and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months or US.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Persian Telebox Inc. and its operators from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Suspension

We may restrict or block access to the Site from any address or client that, in our judgement, breaches these terms, and we may remove any content at any time without notice.

12. Governing law
