Synopsis

«Midday Adventures 1» is a 1395 action-adventure and drama movie written by «Ebrahim Amini» and «Mohammad Hossein Mahdavian», directed by «Mohammad Hossein Mahdavian» and produced by «Seyed Mahmoud Razavi»; starring «Hadi Hejazifar», «Mahdi Pakdel», «Babak Hamidian», «Ahmad Mehranfar», «Mehrdad Sedighiyan», «Hossein Mehri», «Javad Ezzati» and «Amir Hossein Hashemi». By attending the 35th Fajr Film Festival, this film won awards such as «Best Film of the Festival», «Best Film from the National Perspective» and «Best Film from the Viewers' Perspective». «Behzad Jafari Tadi» also won the «Simorgh» for «Best Costume Design». The story of this film revolves around the assassinations of the MKO of in 1981 and the events after the dismissal of «Abolhassan Bani Sadr». These assassinations intensify after the removal of Abolhassan Bani Sadr from the presidency by the Islamic Consultative Assembly. Following the ouster of Abolhassan Bani-Sadr, anti-government groups such as the MKO carried out successful assassinations of senior government officials. On the other hand, the country's intelligence service and the IRGC are working together to arrest members of the MKO. Meanwhile, the film shows the relationship between a member of the IRGC and a woman member of the MKO who were former classmates at the university.
