Persian Elementary School

Synopsis

Based on surviving documents from the Zoroastrians of Yazd, Indian Zoroastrians who had migrated to established schools called Parsi Schools. They later transferred ownership of these schools to Muslims and left Yazd. During the Constitutional Revolution and World War II, these schools contributed to the flourishing of education and learning, leaving a significant impact on surrounding cities and regions, including Shiraz, Sistan and Baluchestan, and others. This documentary examines the story of the founding of these modern schools in over a span of 100 years (1878–1978).

بر مبنای اسناد به جا مانده از پارسیان یزد، زرتشتیان هندی مهاجرت کرده به مدارسی ساختند با نام مدارس پارسی که بعدها تملک آنها را به مسلمانان سپردند و از یزد رفتند. این مدارس در دوران مشروطه و جنگ جهانی دوم باعث رونق تحصیل و علم شدند و تأثیر بسیاری بر شهرها و ولایت های پیرامون خود از جمله شیراز، سیستان و بلوچستان و… گذاشتند. این مستند داستان تأسیس این مدارس نوین در را طی ۱۰۰ سال (۱۲۵۷ تا ۱۳۵۷) بررسی می کند.
