After watching Tom & Jerry, 3 idiots turn upside down and think to themselves: "Why aren't we like them? Why don't we have irony in our mouths? Why don't we look like an accordion when we are crushed? What kind of a horrible animation is this?!" So, they decide to mess things up like a real animation.
