Synopsis

A one-sided officer with a complex mind that uses less common methods to solve his cases enters. Captain Shakoori thinks that «his high intelligence is bothering those around him!» and that's the reason why he is constantly passes between different enforcement agencies. In one of these transmissions, he encounters the case of «Hakem Koti» which is apparently closed, but his police scent leads him to further investigations.
